This course provides the photo enthusiast with fundamental principles that will enable you to gain an understanding of your camera, exposure and basic composition. You'll learn the correct way to hold your camera, depth of field, f-stops, shutter speed and ISO.
Participants should bring their own DSLR, or point and shoot, as well as memory cards, batteries and manuals.
This course is highly recommended prior to taking Fotoskool Next Level or Fotoskool Edit.

In this class we will learn how to get off the automatic settings and move into the manual mode. Tools that will begin to allow you to take control of your images and become creative. We'll explore custom white balance, controlling exposure, creative exposure, creative lighting and composition. For this class it is recommended that the student take Fotoskool Basics.

This class will teach you the basics of file editing. Editing is the second half of the creative process. Learn to lighten/darken, increase contrast, bring back in blown out highlights, various file formats as well as effects for that creative touch.
Participants should bring their own files to be looked at, DSLR, or point and shoot, as well as memory cards, batteries and manuals.
It is highly recommended that you take Fotoskool Basics prior to this class
